Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time Standard shipping within the United States takes 4–5 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by location and are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
